Hi! I’m Cristina, welcome to The Mindful Ladder!
I’ve always felt that creating daily wellbeing is like climbing a ladder. You can’t rush it. Every small, deliberate step, even the ones that feel tiring or awkward, matters.
With over six years of teaching and training experience, I guide students of all ages and abilities toward stronger, more functional movement and a deeper sense of mindful wellness. My classes blend classic yoga, practical everyday mobility with breath awareness and nervous system support — helping you move through life with more ease, confidence, and resilience. Whether you're brand new to yoga, to personal training, or returning from injury, you’ll be met exactly where you are and supported as you climb your wellness ladder.

Post-Rehab Personal Training bridges the gap between recovery and real life. Whether you’re coming back from injury, surgery, chronic pain or burnout, I help you rebuild strength safely and restore confidence in your body, allowing you to go back to moving without fear.
This is a personalized service that focuses on functional movement, strength and mobility.
The session lasts 1 hour and can be taken in your preferred environment.
Take your practice to a space designed just for you. Private yoga sessions allow for personalized guidance tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re managing stress, building strength, or seeking mindfulness, these sessions meet you where you are—offering support, accessibility, and intentional movement to help you feel balanced, confident, and energized.
Sessions last 1 hour and can take place in your preferred environment. Semi private classes for up to 3 people can be requested (price upon request).

Fueled by ADHD, Cristina has practiced yoga for over 12 years and taught for 6. Now she leads accessible classes that make movement feel good, manageable, and surprisingly fun.
In her spare time, she runs after her two boys, headbangs to heavy metal music and gobbles carbs as a proper Italian.
